Sippa works directly with its tea-growing partner to keep the journey from source to cup simple. With fewer layers in between, matcha can be more accessible without the usual café markup.
Grown in Bảo Lộc
Our matcha comes from Bảo Lộc, in Vietnam’s Central Highlands, where tea cultivation began in the 1920s. Today, it is one of Vietnam’s best-known tea-growing regions, with a cool climate, high elevation and volcanic soil.
As matcha becomes more popular around the world, Vietnam’s long history of growing tea makes it a natural place to look beyond Japan.
We use Japanese grinding technology to process the tea, helping preserve its natural aroma, flavour and character.
